Service Features
The Data Maestro’s Managed Backup solution provides management control over the backup process utilizing a customer’s existing backup application. Services include backup application configuration and tuning, local and remote backup monitoring and troubleshooting as well as providing scheduled and encrypted backup replication to our secure DR remote site hosted in a world-class Data Center located in BC’s stable mountain zone.
Our trained technicians also assist customers with data restores and local or remote disaster recovery. Additionally, we will work with our customers to put forward a real IT Disaster Recovery plan. Together we will test and identify gaps and validate recovery processes for key business applications, ensuring that when or if such a time arrives, our customer will have a vetted and working Disaster Recovery runbook, resources, and facilities to execute.
